As a result of operational measures and investigative actions, officers of the Main Division for Combating Illicit Drug Trafficking under the Central Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested J.B., born in 1968, and A.H. - a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan, born in 1976, on charges of repeated illegal acquisition and storage of large and especially large amounts of narcotic drugs.
The committed crime envisions up to 20 years or life imprisonment.
Law enforcement officers, as a result of personal search and search activities held in residential homes, seized narcotic drugs "Methadone", "Subotex" and "Heroin". Electric scales have also been seized as evidence.
The investigation is underway under Article 260 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
