The officers of Old Tbilisi Division of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, on the fact of attempted premeditated murder committed in aggravating circumstances by a group detained in Tbilisi 2 individuals – T.E. (DoB: 2000) and G.Ch (DoB: 2000).
The investigation established that the offenders on May 1, 2018 in the vicinity the metro station “Liberty Square”, Tbilisi, as a result of a conflict injured with cold arms G.S. (DoB: 1989) and A.Kh. (DoB: 1999) and managed to escape from the scene. The injured individuals were taken to the hospital by the emergency brigade. Currently their lives are not in danger.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of attempted murder committed in aggravating circumstances (sub-clause “e” of the part II of the Article 19-109 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
