The officers of Isani-Samgori Police Division of Tbilisi Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities, detained S.S. (DoB 1993) in Tbilisi for inflicting minor body injuries on purpose.
Committed crime envisages up to 3 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that on February 6, 2021, on the basis of conflict, the detainee inflicted injuries with cold steel in arm and hand areas to A.G. (DoB 1973) and fled from the place of crime.
Law enforcers detained S.S. several hours after the crime took place.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of inflicting minor body injury on purpose, article 120 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
