Reforms and Development Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has launched new project “Road to Success” within the frames of which successful people employed in different spheres will hold lectures and share their experience to the students of the MIA Academy. The initiative aims to increase the motivation of employees and officers as well as to boost their qualification.
Within the frames of the project the first lecture was held for the master’s program students at the MIA Academy by the Director of the Central Criminal Police Department Ivane Papiashvili. At the lecture he discussed professional and career development and specifics of the Central Criminal Police Department. For getting more familiarized with the operation of the department Ivane papiashvili presented documentary film prepared by the MIA Public Relations Department, depicting one of the successfully solved cases.
After the lecture students of MIA Academy put questions to Ivane Papiashvili on the topical issues and received comprehensive answers.
