The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Giorgi Butkhuzi, personally congratulated the employees of the Public Safety Command Center "112" on the occasion of “112 Day”. Giorgi Arsoshvili- the Director of Public Safety Command Center "112", hosted the deputy minister along with his deputies.
In connection with the International Day of 112, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs awarded 4 employees of the Center with certificates of appreciation on behalf of the Minister of Internal Affairs for exemplary performance of their official duties and meticulous service.
The day of "112" has been celebrated since 2009. The European Commission, the European Parliament and the European Council announced February 11 as "112" day. This day, along with more than 80 countries of the world, is also celebrated in Georgia.
