Minister of Internal Affairs Aleksandre Tchikaidze met his Latvian colleague, Richard Kozlovsky.
Sides noted successful cooperation and discussed Georgia’s European aspirations, including topical issues connected with implementation of Visa Liberation Action Plan. Parties also reviewed the current situation in occupied territories of Georgia, ongoing important reforms within the Ministry of Internal Affairs and scheduled activities.
Both parties expressed hope to further strengthen cooperation between Latvian and Georgian law-enforcement agencies.
