Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia Aleksandre Tchikaidze met with the Minister of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan Kemaleddin Heiydarov. Sides discussed issues of co-operation and future plans. At the meeting it was agreed that joint training of the rescue services of Georgia and Azerbaijan will be held in the future.
Aleksandre Tchikaidze also visited Emergency Situations Base in Gabal region and got familiarized with work specifics.
Within the frames of the visit Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia held meetings with the President of Azerbaijan Ilkham Aliyev, Minister of Interior of Azerbaijan Ramil Usubov and State Border Defense Service Elchin Guliyev. Official visit to Azerbaijan has completed.
