Residents of different municipalities voluntarily handed over firearms and ammunition to Shida Kartli Police Department of MIA.
Totally the citizens handed over: 1 hunting gun, 2 cut guns – so called “Obrez”, 3 anti-tank grenade launchers, 281 cartridges, 11 grenade launchers, 9 hand grenades of various types, 3 fuses and 3 grenades.
According to the Article 105, sub-clause “j” of the Criminal Code of Georgia the above-mentioned individuals shall be exempted from criminal responsibility.
