The employees of Khashuri Police Division of Shida Kartli Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result immediate operative-search measures and investigative actions, detained previously convicted two persons: L.T. (DoB 1995) and V.G. (DoB 1983).
The mentioned persons are accused of robbery committed in group and rape committed against a person born in 1952.
The crime crime envisions up to 13 years of imprisonment.
As a result of the immediate operational search measures and investigative actions conducted by the law enforcement officers, both persons were arrested as accused persons.
The investigation into the facts of robbery committed in group and rape is being conducted under Article 179, Part II and article 137, part III of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
