The Head of Border Police Zurab Gamezardashvili visited Omalo and Girevi border sectors of Border Police fifth division.
Head of Border Police visited construction works held on 10 border sectors, got familiarized with border guards’ work conditions and reviewed future plans. It is notable that construction works of 10 additional border checkpoints will be launched by the end of the year. Zurab Gamezardashvili acquainted border guards with the decision of the Ministry according to which salaries will be increased and their work conditions improved.
By the end of the meeting head of Border Police thanked border guards for fulfilling their duties and wished success in their professional activities.
