Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Georgia- Tadaaharu Euhara met the citizens of Japan at Tbilisi International Airport, who arrived to Georgia by Doha-Tbilisi flight.
Ambassador of Japan also got familiarized with border control mechanisms at Tbilisi International Airport. Head of the Main Division of the Border Management and Coordination under the Patrol Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs briefed the Ambassador on thermo-screening measures taken at Tbilisi International Airport by the Patrol Police Department and additional mechanisms implemented to prevent the spreading of the new coronavirus for offering prompt response on the cases of possible infection.
