The officers Imereti Division of Patrol Police Department on the basis of operative information seized TT type pistol, one cartridge and 74 bullets from the warehouse located in the yard of Levan K. (DoB 1956) which is located in Kutaisi. Levan K. has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal keeping of firearm, article 236, I part of the Criminal Code.
