The fleet of the Patrol Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has been updated with 100 new Skoda vehicles.
The new vehicles are intended for the Tbilisi Patrol Police Main Division.
The Director of the Patrol Police Department, Vazha Siradze, together with his deputy Sergi Bzishvili, the Head of the Tbilisi Main Division of the Patrol Police Department, Lasha Jokhadze, and other senior officials inspected the modern standard vehicles and got acquainted with their technical characteristics.
The goal of renewing the vehicle fleet is to improve working conditions for patrol inspectors, increase the effectiveness of their activities in maintaining public order and road safety, and also promote crime prevention.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs regularly upgrades the fleet of various units, including that of Patrol Police Department, with modern police vehicles to increase the efficiency of police activities and create better, more comfortable working conditions for police officers.
The process of renewing the police infrastructure will continue actively in the future.
