The officers of the Patrol Police Department as a result of the investigative activities detained Giorgi Ts. (DoB 1980) and Giorgi Ch. (DoB 1981) for illegal restriction of freedom and robbery, while Giorgi Ts. (DoB 1982) Davit N. (DoB 1986) and Khatuna Ts. (DoB 1968) were detained for non-reporting the crime.
Emergency Response Center 112 received notification that in one of the clubs located on pekini Street two Iranian citizens were deprived of the freedom.
Patrol police crew immediately arrived at the site. It was established that workers of the night club robbed Iranian citizens and illegally restricted their freedom afterwards in one of the rooms of the facility.
Investigation against Giorgi Ts. and Giorgi Ch. is in progress on the fact of robbery and illegal restriction of freedom, article 143 and 178 while investigation against Giorgi Ts. Davit N. and Khatuna Ts. is in progress on the fact of non-reporting the crime, article 376 of the Criminal Code.
