The officers of Patrol Police Department as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Aleksandre V. (DoB 1978) for causing less serious intentional injury. He was detained by the law enforcers as a result of immediate activities.
Investigation established that Aleksandre V. got involved in the conflict with Tornike J. (DoB 1963) on the basis of which inflicted injury in head area with a cold steel in Vazha Pshavela subway. Aleksandre V. attempted to leave the place of incident when he was arrested by the Patrol Police officers. The victim was transferred to the hospital and at this moment his life is not in danger.
The weapon of crime was seized by the police as evidence. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of causing less serious intentional injury, article 18, I part of the Criminal Code.
