The mentioned person is accused of inflicting minor health injury on purpose and illegal purchase, storage and carrying of firearms.
The committed crime envisions up to 7 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that on October 23 of the current year, in the village of Kizilajlo, Marneuli municipality, A.A., (DoB 1970), was wounded by the defendant, who abandoned the place of crime. The injured man was provided with appropriate medical care at the medical facility. His health condition is stable at the moment.
