The officers of Gardabani police division under Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of investigative activities detained the citizen of Iran Sh.V. (DoB 1971) for domestic violence.
Committed crime envisages up to 3 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that detainee verbally and physically assaulted his son, born in 2008.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of domestic violence committed against under-aged son, article 1261 II part, sub-paragraph “A” of the Criminal Code.
