As a result of immediate operational measures and investigative actions, officers of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested L.T. (DoB 2002), for premeditated murder.
The committed crime envisions up to 15 years in prison.
The investigation established that the accused person, on the basis of a mutual dispute, detainee inflicted multiple body injuries to L.J. (DoB 1998), with a blunt object and threw him from a high floor of a building under construction. Later on, in order to conceal the traces of crime, the accused person set fire to the body and fled the scene.
As a result of immediate investigative actions, law enforcement officers arrested the accused person.
The investigation into the fact of premeditated murder is underway under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
