The employees of Shida Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search measures and investigative actions, detained G.K. (DoB 2009) for premeditated murder.
The committed crime envisions from 10 to 15 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that the accused person, in Khashuri municipality, inflicted body wounds to Z.L. (DoB 1950) using a cold weapon, after which she hid from the scene.
As a result of the injuries, the wounded man died on the spot.
The law enforcement officers arrested G.K. as a result of immediate activities. The police seized the weapon of crime - a knife as evidence.
The investigation into the fact of premeditated murder is ongoing under Article 108 of the Criminal Code.
