The officers of Khobi police division of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained L.J. (DoB 1963) for damage or destruction of an object.
Committed crime envisages from 1 to 3 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that detainee smashed windows of the local council building located in Shua Khorgi village, Khobi municipality. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of damage of destruction of an object, article 187 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
