The officers of Sagarejo Police Division under Kakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained A.Ch. (DoB1978), as a result of operative-investigative activities for the attempted premeditated murder.
The committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that the accused person wounded his acquaintance with a cold steel during the dispute - D.A. (DoB1978) in the town of Sagarejo and fled from the place of crime. The injured man was transferred to the clinic where he is receiving appropriate treatment.
During the search activities held in detainee’s house basement, the police allegedly seized Kalashnikov automatic firearm as evidence with 2 cartridges and 15 magazines, as well as a magazine for Makarov pistol.
The investigation is in progress under Article 19-108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which stipulates the attempted premeditated murder.
