The officers of Gldani-Nadzaladevi police division under Tbilisi Police Department, as a result of immediate investigative activities detained M.A. (DoB 1962) for domestic violence, incitement to suicide and threat.
Committed crime envisages from 2 to 4 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that female detainee, verbally and physically assaulted her daughter in law – M.K. (DoB 1990) and threatened with liquidation.
Investigation also established that M.A. verbally and physically assaulted her daughter in law as well before the mentioned incident, as a result of which the victim attempted to commit suicide.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of violence against family member, incitement to suicide and threat, article 1261 part, article 111-115, I part and article 151, II part, sub-paragraph “D” envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
