The officers of Kvemo Kartli police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of immediate operative-search and investigative activities detained I.I. (DoB 1988) for causing severe health injury on purpose which resulted in death.
Committed crime envisages from 4 to 7 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that late at night on March 22, detainee inflicted wounded his co-villager I.M. (DoB 1992) on the basis of conflict which took place in Kutliari village and fled from the place of crime.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of causing severe health injury on purposed which resulted in death, article 117 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
