The officers of Khashuri Police Division under Shida Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained Kh. N. (DoB 1993) S.N. (DoB 1991) and D.D. (DoB 1986) in Khashuri for violence committed in group.
Committed crime envisages up to 2 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that detainees physically assaulted the resident of Ali village, A.P. (DoB 1947).
Investigation is in progress on the fact of violence committed in group, article 126 I1 part, sub-paragraph “B” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
