The officers of Guria Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained Sh.Sh. (DoB 1974) for domestic violence on the basis of a relevant court order.
Committed crime envisages from 1 to 3 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that detainee, who is the resident of Ianeuli village, Chokhatauri municipality, physically assaulted his daughter M.Sh. (DoB 1999) in presence of his under aged son.
Investigation is in progress under the article 1261 II part, sub-paragraphs “A” and “B” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
