The officers of Lagodekhi Regional Division of Kakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of investigative and search activities detained M.M (DoB 2003) on the fact of attempted premediated murder.
The committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that in the village of Karajala on December 3 of the current year, on the grounds of a dispute, the subject wounded his villager Kh.Kh. (DoB: 1988) from a shotgun and fled from the scene.
The police arrested the offender shortly after the incident.
The weapon of crime was seized by police as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the facts of the attempted premeditated murder, under the Articles 19-108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
