Employees of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operational measures and investigative activities, detained E.M. (DoB 1984) for premeditated murder.

The investigation established that on April 9 the current year, on the basis of a mutual dispute, the accused person inflicted fatal injury with a cold steel to M. Sh. (DoB 1972) in Tbilisi.
The police, as a result of operational measures and investigative activities, arrested E.M. as an accused person in the course of immediate activities.
The weapon of crime - a knife was seized as evidence.
The investigation is being conducted under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which implies premeditated murder.
