The officers of Didube-Chugureti Police Main Division under Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained T.B. (DoB 1994), as a result of the investigative activities for the attempted premeditated murder of two or more persons.
The committed crime envisions from 16 to 20 years or life imprisonment.
The investigation has established that the accused person got involved in conflict with persons unfamiliar to him, who were presumebly under the influence of alcohol, in the vicinity of Didube metro station in Tbilisi, on the basis of which T.B. inflicted injuries to 3 people with a cold steel and fled the scene.
The injured men have been transferred to the hospital and are receiving appropriate medical treatment.
The law enforcers, as a result of the investigative and search activities carried out as a result of immediate activities, arrested T.B. Police seized the weapon of crime - a knife as evidence.
The fact of the attempted premeditated murder committed against two or more persons is being investigated under Article 19-109, Part III, Subparagraph "A" of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
