The employees of Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search measures and investigative actions, detained G.F. (DoB 1990) for premeditated murder.
The committed crime envisions up to 15 years in prison.
The investigation established that on October 8 of the current year, in the village of Leghva of Kobuleti municipality, the accused person killed his neighbor - T.K. (DoB 1960) on the basis of conflict with a shot from a hunting rifle and hid from the scene.
The police arrested G.F. as a result of immediate activities.
The law enforcement officers removed the weapon of crime - a hunting rifle as evidence.
The investigation into the fact of premeditated murder is ongoing under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
