Emergency Response Center - 112
Emergency Response Center receives calls during the emergency situations. The emergency situation means any situation, when Police, Ambulance or Fire/Rescue brigade immediately goes to the place of destination.
The 112 Operator, regarding the call type, receives, processes and analyses incoming calls and transfers them to the relevant services. These services are:
- Police
- Ambulance
- Fire/Rescue Service
From 2015 SMS and video call service is available only for deaf and hard of hearing people. Service is available on the whole territory of Georgia, 24 hours a day. Preliminary registration is necessary on the web-page: www.112.gov.ge
