Vakhtang Gomelauri – Gathering of more than 10 people in open as well as in closed spaces will become punishable. During the discussion of the newly adopted regulations regarding the public gatherings in the declared state of emergency Minister noted that citizens will not be restricted in gatherings in case of following the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and keeping reasonable distance from one another.
“For example more than 10 people or oven 100 can be present at hypermarkets, however we must follow recommendations of the Ministry of Health and keep the reasonable distance from each other. We have to wear face masks and gloves as well and keep distance, which is highly important. In other spaces such as restaurants, which are closed at the moment, civilians and owners- as legal entities will be fined in case of illegal gathering”- stated Minister Gomelauri
