The employees of Ozurgeti regional division under Guria Police Department, as a result of operational search measures, arrested a person wanted for grave crimes since 2002.
It was established that B.D. (DoB 1965) resided in Ozurgeti municipality under a changed surname and did not have a single identity document. In 2008, Tskaltubo Court issued a verdict against him. He was convicted in absentia and announced wanted for premeditated murder committed under aggravated circumstances, armed robbery and illegal purchase-keeping of firearms.
The detainee was transferred to a penitentiary institution.
