The Vice Prime Minister and the Minister of Interior Giorgi Gakharia held a working meeting with Mr. Ross Wilson, Charge D’affaires at the US embassy in Georgia.
At the meeting, the parties discussed security issues in the region and further deep cooperation in this regard. The Minister emphasized the importance of the US Government support to Georgia, talked about Georgia’s democratic development, strengthened security, carried out and ongoing reforms within the Ministry and the importance of bilateral cooperation in this regard.
