At Dedoplistskaro Regional Division of Kakheti Police Department the citizen has voluntarily handed over different type of firearms and large quantity of ammunition.
In total the citizen handed over 7 500 bullets, 11 cartridges, “Kalashnikov” construction rifles, "AKM" model automatic firearm, "AK-74" model submachine gun, 6 fuses of grenades, 9 fuses of “F-1” grenades and “RKG-3 "type cumulative grenade with detonating fuse.
According to the sub-clause “j” of the first part of the Article 105 of the Criminal Procedural Code of Georgia the citizen voluntarily handing over the weapons shall be exempted from criminal responsibility.
