Emergency Response Center 112 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received a report according to which fire broke out on the slope of the mountain, located near to Sviri village, Akhaltsikhe. Several minutes later after receiving the report, dozens of firefighters had already arrived at the scene.
Under the decision of the Minister of Internal Affairs Border Police helicopter got involved in fire-extinguishing activities.
MIA fire-rescuers and pilots of the Border Police carry out all necessary activities to located fire in the shortest period of time. At this moment the spread of the fire has not been reported.
