Employees of Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative measures and investigative actions arrested G.J. (DoB 1974), convicted multiple times in the past, on charge of premeditated murder on hot trail.
Crime envisions imprisonment from 10 to 15 years.
Investigation established that on the basis of mutual
dispute, the accused inflicted injuries to A.B. (DoB 1964) on August 4 of current year. A.B. died at the scene due to injuries.
As a result of operative measures carried out by law enforcement officers, the accused was arrested on hot trail.
Investigation into the fact of premeditated murder is ongoing under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
