Public Safety Command Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs launched citizen service centers at the penalty parking lots of "112".
In the service centers, citizens will have the opportunity to receive different types of services in a comfortable environment, based on "one-window" principle, namely, determining/paying the fee for transporting a vehicle to a special parking lot or parking period, receiving information on indebtedness for individuals and legal entities and carrying out other necessary procedures for retrieving a vehicle from the penalty parking lot.
Citizen service centers were opened in two locations in Tbilisi and will operate in the vicinity of "112" parking lots for evacuated vehicles.
In 2014, the "112" evacuation service was launched. The main goal of the introduction of the mentioned service is the timely and safe transfer/placement of temporarily confiscated motor vehicles to the penalty parking lot in accordance with administrative code of violations and criminal law.
