On the fact of the attempted premeditated murder, qualification has been re-defined and therefore, charges against two persons – T.Gh. (DoB 1991) and G.S. (DoB 1991) have been re-qualified under the article 19-109, II part, sub-paragraph “E” (attempted premeditated murder under aggravating circumstances committed by the group).
Three more persons, namely: T.Q. (DoB 1990), P.K. (DoB 1982) and K.Ch. (DoB 1973) were charged for not reporting the crime - Article 376, III part envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
Ministry of Internal Affairs continues investigation on the facts of the attempted premeditated murder and not reporting the crime committed under aggravating circumstances.
