The officers of Tbilisi police department and Vake-Saburtao police division as a result of the jointly held operative-searching and investigative activities detained Magda P. (DoB 1990) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that early in the morning of December 20 detainee inflicted multiple injuries in head area with a blunt object to her husband Omar K. (DoB 1988) who died at the place of crime and strangled her son. In order to conceal the traces of crime she took bodies in the yard of her living block and fled from the place of crime.
As a result of the immediate operative-searching and investigative activities Magda P. was detained several hours later.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder committed under aggravated circumstances, article 109 of the Criminal Code.
