The officers of Mtskheta-Mtianeti Police Department along with the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-investigative activities detained G.U. (DoB 19480) and A.U. (DoB 1942) for illegal purchase, keeping and selling of drugs by the group with a previous consent.
During the searching activities held in detainees’ house law enforcers seized 9 pieces and disposable syringe filled with buprenorphine. Investigation established that G.U. and A.U. sold drugs on the regular basis.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and selling of drugs by the group with a previous consent, article 260, III part, sub-paragraph A and B and Part V, sub-paragraph B of the Criminal Code.
