Under the initiative and organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs along with Ministry of Education and Science the meeting was held at N16 public school within the frames of informative-educational project-“Maintenance of law and crime prevention program for public schools".
Representatives of Kvemo Kartli Regional Main Division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reviewed domestic violence, crime prevention among youth, law and safety issues. MIA representatives provided comprehensive answers to the pupils’ questions.
The meeting was aimed at crime prevention among teenagers through promoting development of the public awareness in the field of law and security.
Beginning from May1, Ministry of Internal Affairs launched informative-educational campaign, aimed at informing public on forms of relations with law enforcement agencies and on citizens’ rights provided by the law, crime prevention among youth by promoting development of the public awareness in the field of law and security.
Within the frames of the campaign “Maintenance of law and crime prevention program for public schools" will be implemented at schools of the capital and regions, including ethnic minority schools
