Employees of Emergency management Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of search and rescue operation found bodies of alpinists who were lost in Svaneti Mountains. Several days ago five amateur extreme chasers: Oliver Kraft, Teri vendzel, Savle Felix Saian, Vinzreib gera and Giulam D Francaiz were caught in avalanche while skiing on Mount Zagaro locate near Ushguli village.
Late at night on march 6, MIA Emergency Management Department Mestia unit received report from Giulam De Francaiz, who survived the avalanche.
MIA Emergency Department launched search operation in early morning on March 7. Two bodies were found on March 7 and transported to mestia. On March 8 search operation resumed as a result of which two more bodies were found by the rescuers. Bodies will undergo medical expertise after which bodies will be transported to the countries of their citizenship.
Condition of health of Giulam De francaiz who survived the avalanche is satisfactory and his life is not in danger.
