Employees of Rescue Training and Response Base of Emergency Situations Management Department as a result of rescue operation held on mount Mkinvartsveri, rescued Polish tourist Piprostan Maintsilovski, who had a leg fracture.
Emergency Response Center 112 received report according to which during ascending mount Mkinvartsveri, Police tourist received leg trauma and was in need of immediate assistance.
As soon as the report was received Kazbegi sub-unit of MIA Rescue Training and Response Base of Emergency Situations Management Department and departed to the place of incident. Rescuers rendered first aid to Piprostan Maintsilovski at the place of accident and descended him from mount Mkinvartsveri with a stretcher. The injured person was transferred to the local hospital by the ambulance crew. At this moment his condition of health is satisfactory.
