The rescuers of the 6th Subunit of the Rescue Operations Preparation and Response Division of the Emergency Situations Management Department of the MoIA rescued Dluzniak Robertmarian, citizen of Poland fallen into the ravine near the central highway of Stepantsminda settlement, Kazbegi municipality.
The notification regarding the urgent help to the civilian fallen into the ravine on Stepantsminda-Gudauri road was received by the Emergency and Operative Response Center “112” of the MoIA. Upon notification the Rescuers Group of Kazbegi Duty Unit of the Emergency Situations Management Department immediately departed to the scene.
The mountain-rescue operation was held in difficult meteorological conditions. The rescuers group managed to take out the civilian timely. Dluzniak Robertmarian was transferred to the hospital by the ambulance. Currently his health condition is satisfactory.
