Within the frames of the visit of President of Kirgizia, Minister of Internal Affairs Giorgi Mgebrishvili hosted law enforcer Ministers at Joint Operations Center.
Minister showed guests around the center. According to the Minister- “Similar centers are operational only in a few developed countries and it’s the latest approach in the field of crime detection and prevention. However, exact analogy of our Joint Operations Center does not exist in any other state. It is unique owning to the multi functions and covers several directions simultaneously: provides monitoring and analysis and ensures unified management of the police forces as well as support. This novelty will enable us to: ensure prompt response on crime and crime prevention in a real-time regime, increase the degree of safety and security”.
Members of the delegation also visited 112 operative response center. The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Merab Malania, Zviad Katsashvili, director of Emergency Situations Management Agency. Head of 112 center Giorgi Bitchashvili reviewed implemented and ongoing projects of the center.
