Resource-officers from Armenian public schools visited MIA Academy today. Guest were met by head of border faculty of MIA Academy Giorgi Merabishvili, head of the district inspectors training faculty Mamuka Koiava and other representatives of the Academy. The meeting had an introductory character.
Aim of the meeting was to get familiarized with Academy’s structure and study program, which includes: pubic-oriented police; domestic violence; interrogation of minors; interrogation of under aged victims and preventive activities conducted by the law enforcers.
MIA representatives shared their professional experience with Armenian guests on procedures required for new staff recruitment and study methods.
By the end of the meeting guests viewed Academy classes, library, English language center, computer center, mock jury court, simulated border cross point, gym, real and imitated shooting range and etc.
