The officers of Tbilisi Police Department along with Didube-Chughureti police division, as a result of jointly held operative-searching and investigative activities detained G.Q. (DoB 2000) for the premeditated murder.
Investigation established that on February 13 detainee inflicted multiple injuries with a cold steel to G.S. (DoB 2001) on the basis of the conflict and fled from the place of crime. Due to the injuries the victim died as soon as he was transferred to the hospital.
Law enforcers managed to detain G.Q. several hours later after the crime took place.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
