The officers of the I Unit of Vake-Saburtalo Division of Tbilisi Police Department of the MIA as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Davit Zh. (D.o.B.: 1971) in Sairme Street, Tbilisi for illegal carrying of firearm and ammunition.
During the personal search of a detainee the law enforcers seized “CZ” type pistol, 1 cartridge and 7 bullets.
The detainee has already pleaded guilty.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal carrying of firearms and ammunition (Article 236, parts III of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
