The officers of Central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Vladimer Kh. (DoB 1979) for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition.
During the searching activities held in detainee’s vehicle police seized unregistered “Margoloni” pistol with one cartridge and 3 bullets.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition, article 236, II and III parts of the Criminal Code.
