The officers of Central Criminal Police Department and Rustavi police division of Kvemo Kartli Regional Main Division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Davit K.(DoB 1992) for illegal purchase, carrying and keeping of firearm.
During the personal search of the detainee police seized Makarov pistol with one cartride and 9 bullets, while during searching activities held in the house of the detainee law enforcers seized another unregistered pistol with 29 bullets.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, carrying and keeping of firearm, article 236. I and II parts of the Criminal Code.
